MINTH
Minth Group decided to locate its first production plant in Szprotawa, within the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone - Wiechlice Airport. The production plant, along with the warehouse and infrastructure facilities, will cover nearly 50,000 square meters and span an area of 12 hectares. As part of the project, we carried out sanitary installations, including: ventilation, air conditioning, chilled water system, heating system, water and sewage system, as well as electrical installations, which included: switchboards, lighting installations, and lightning protection systems.

- sanitary installations:: ventilation and air conditioning installation for offices and the production hall along with auxiliary buildings, chilled water system for technological needs, gas installation for heating purposes in the production hall and auxiliary warehouse rooms based on radiant heaters and gas heaters, drinking water system for offices and the production hall along with auxiliary buildings, hydrant system with an above-ground tank and fire pump station, gas boiler rooms, central heating and process heat installation, above-floor internal water and sewage system, under-floor sewage system, water and sewage networks, instrumentation and control systems (AKPiA), and execution of detailed design projects for the sanitary sector.
