Integrated Management System

At Inplag, we have implemented and maintain an Integrated Management System, which combines the requirements of international standards for quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety and specific requirements for the defence industry into a single and coherent framework.

Certified management systems organise and improve work standards in areas crucial to our clients: quality of execution, human safety, environmental responsibility and full compliance with requirements.

Each standard applies to a different area of the organisation, while together they form a single and effective model for supervision over processes, risks, suppliers, project documentation and the entire value chain.

ISO 9001 – Quality Management System

Quality management at Inplag is based on a process approach and risk-based thinking. At all stages of project implementation, from offer preparation to design, execution of construction works and warranty service, we identify, assess and monitor risks and opportunities.

We define measurable quality goals and assess the degree of their achievement on a regular basis. The existing procedures for handling nonconformities include both ad hoc and preventative actions aimed at eliminating the causes of potential problems before they impact implementation.

AQAP 2110 – NATO Quality Requirements

AQAP 2110 is a NATO quality standard used in defence procurement, specifying requirements for a supplier’s quality management system for design, development and production. The implementation of this standard imposes on us extended obligations regarding supervision of suppliers, product and service traceability, configuration management and documentation of implementation processes.

configuration management and documentation of implementation processes. Meeting the requirements of AQAP 2110 allows us to participate in projects for the defence sector and other industries with higher quality and safety requirements.

ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System

By implementing the requirement of this standard, we create a safe and ergonomic work environment. We effectively identify and eliminate hazards, minimise the risk of accidents, set goals for improving occupational health and safety, continually strengthen our safety culture and engage employees. Also, we provide OHS supervision at every construction site we work on.

ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System

The implementation of ISO 14001 supports us in reducing our environmental impact. We monitor our emissions and resource consumption, and we take a systemic approach to decarbonization and waste management.

The system includes procedures for handling environmental incidents and mechanisms for ensuring compliance with legal requirements and other obligations.

We also impose environmental requirements on our subcontractors and suppliers, incorporating the environmental perspective in the process of their qualification and supervision.

Integrated Management System Policy

The Integrated Management System Policy is the core document of our management system. It lays down the broad lines of action and commitments of Inplag in the areas of quality, occupational health and safety as well as environmental protection. It serves as a reference point for setting goals and assessing their achievement at all levels of the organisation.

The policy is communicated to all employees and available to all interested parties. It is subject to regular reviews by top management as part of management reviews and updated in the event of any significant changes in the context of the organisation or its requirements.

Proven Effectiveness

Inplag undergoes annual surveillance audits conducted by independent, accredited certification bodies. We  undertake a full recertification process every three years. Positive results of these audits confirm that our  Integrated Management System not only complies with the requirements of the standards, but above all, it is functioning, effective and continually improved.
