We are responsible for the comprehensive construction of sanitary and electrical installations at Persan's household chemical factory. The modern production plant consists of 11 facilities. It is a workplace for more than 1000 people. The investment site also includes a research and development center for the Spanish brand.

sanitary installations:central heating, process heat, gas, fire hydrant, water and sewage, rain water drainage employing a vacuum roof drainage system, technological ventilation (ducts made of galvanized steel, stainless steel 304 and 316 L, plastic [PVC, PE] and fabric ducts), compressed air installation with two machine rooms, a steam boiler room rated at 17.2 t/h, steam and condensate installation along with nodes to devices, sanitary installations for the needs of QUALITY and R&A laboratory equipment, high precision AC system in server rooms (2n redundancy), smoke extraction system with mechanical assistance, EX ventilation systems and chemical-resistant, pressure differentiation system in production zones, sprinkler installation in high storage warehouses, in the production area along with a fire-fighting pump station and a fire-fighting water tank holding 1120 m³ of water - in accordance with FM GLOBAL standards, installations in spaces satisfying corrosion class from C2 to C5I
electrical installations:power supply system consisting of 4 transformers with a total power of 5 MVA, 740 kVA generator coupled with a power measurement and monitoring system, fire alarm system (main control panel and 4 subpanels), gas extinguishing system for two server rooms, access control system, CCTV and structured cabling; visualization of elements of Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Access Control in the VENO system; emergency lighting (central battery and 2 distribution panels)
